When I returned the sandwich the manager, Omar, tried to tell me that it was crust from the oven as if I'm some kind of idiot who's never had fresh baked bread before. I know the difference and this bread is clearly not freshly baked. That was mold. The manager did not apologize or even take responsibility for this Disgusting mistake. That is not how customers should be served or treated. I will never order from here again and if you value the quality of your food and customer experience, you shouldn't either.August 21, 2016
